The rapper recommences activities in South Korea by signing with a local agent.
Dok2 is well known for having established two monumental labels: 1LLIONAIRE Records in 2011, and Ambition Musik in 2016 - both alongside The Quiett.
After a relatively long and successful career under 1LLIONAIRE Records, he resigned from CEO status in 2018 and ultimately left the label in 2020. From there, he went on to pursue a career in the States, keeping close encounters with Tyga under his label, Last Kings Records.
Now in February 21st 2022, it was announced that Dok2 had signed a contract with 143 Entertainment, to recommence activities in South Korea. The agency is headed by DM (GTMNY), who has known Dok2 since his debut.
To mark this moment, Dok2 will be releasing a single titled ‘First Rollie’ on February 23rd under his label 808 Hi Recordings, with a feature from the singer Seori (@iam_seori), as tagged in an instagram story with the release details. The song will share Dok2’s personal perspective following the closure of the 1LLIONAIRE label.
