MELON MUSIC AWARDS RELEASE THEIR NOMINATIONS

Being held on December 4th, this year's nominees showcase a diverse range of genres.

The Melon Music Awards are an annual awards show that celebrates Korean music. It is broadcasted worldwide on YouTube, as well as on other streaming channels in China, Japan, Thailand, and Taiwan.

For the Best Song of the Year award, the judging criteria consists of 60% digital sales, 20% online voting, and 20% judges' scores.

• KyoungSeo "Shiny Star (2020)"

• Song I Han "I will be your shining star"

For the Best Solo Man award, the judging criteria consists of 60% digital sales, 20% online voting, and 20% judges' scores.

Like last year, the event will be held online in various places due to the continuing global pandemic.
